The Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway was commenced in 2014 and is expected to be completed in 2025, with a total length of over 57 km. This expressway section is invested with a total capital of 31,320 billion VND, funded by loans from ADB and JICA (Japan’s ODA fund).
This is a part of the North-South Expressway, connecting the provinces of the Southwest and Southeast regions, bypassing Ho Chi Minh City. This expressway will help increase the speed of goods transportation between the two regions in particular, and the entire country in general.
After many years of construction delays due to procedural and cost issues, the Ben Luc – Long Thanh expressway resumed construction in July 2023.

Investment Construction & Consultancy International Co., Ltd (ICCI) has been honored to be trusted by the Investor, Consultant, and Contractor as the supplier of concrete admixtures for the Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway Project, the section from Ho Chi Minh City to Long An. We have consulted with the Contractor, Consultant, and project technical documents to advise the Contractor on using the products: Mighty 3000RC (MVN 3000RC); Mighty 3000PC2 (MVN 3000PC2).
