Sala Urban Area is located within the Thu Thiem New Urban Area in District 2 (now Thu Duc City), Ho Chi Minh City. It lies along Mai Chi Tho Boulevard, which connects directly to the city center and the North–South Expressway.
With a total area of up to 257 hectares—of which 150 hectares are dedicated to natural ecological zones—Sala Urban Area is surrounded by the Saigon River, Ca Tre Canal, and Cau Kenh Canal. Residents of Sala enjoy a fresh and tranquil natural environment.
In addition to its residential, commercial, office, and service areas, Sala Urban Area also includes planned zones for hospitals, schools, cultural centers, sports complexes, marinas, and more.
