MVN BEST TILE BOND

SUBSTRATE PREPERATION

• All cement mortar and concrete structures should be in good curing condition
• Surface substrate must be clean, free form grease and oil, loosely adhering particles
• All mortar and concrete surfaces should be brought to a saturated surface dry condition by presoaking with clean water. Remove all excess water just before placing adhesive.

PLICATION AND CURING

• Use 5-6 liters of clean water for 25kg of MVN BEST TILE BOND, for a large batch use the approved mechanical mixer for a small batch can use the heavy duty slow speed driller with paddle. Slowly add the adhesive powder to water and stir the composition to a homogeneous mixture
• MVN BEST TILE BOND should be applied by layers with suitable thickness
• A typical notched trowel with sufficient depth used to ensure proper transfer, covering the tile backs or substrates
• Using the flat adge of trowel to spread the adhesive onto the substrate first, using the notched side to achieve an even bed.
• Place tiles firmly in position on the fresh adhesive. Push the tiles back in order to collapse the adhesive ridges and achieves the maximum coverage. Make alignment and adjustment immediately (from 20-30 min). Prepare appropriate quantity of adhesive each batch to enough for using. Does not using the adhevise still not fresh after long period time spread onto surface of substrates. If skinning occurs, scrape off skin and replace with new adhesive.
• Use wet cloth to clean smudges from the face of tiles white adhesive is still fresh.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• During use, avoid inhalation of dust and contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protective equipment.
