TDC is a subsidiary of the Vietnam Industrial Construction Corporation (VINAINCON). It originated as the Thu Duc Centrifugal Concrete Plant, established in May 1989, and has undergone several name changes over the years.
In 2003, the Ministry of Industry (now the Ministry of Industry and Trade) issued a decision to convert the company from a state-owned enterprise into a joint-stock company, now known as Thu Duc Centrifugal Concrete Joint Stock Company (TDC), which remains its name to this day.

With a team of experienced managers, skilled engineers, and technicians, along with modern equipment and machinery, TDC’s factories are strategically located in key economic regions of Vietnam, including Ho Chi Minh City, Binh Duong Province, Long An Province, and the Dung Quat Economic Zone (Quang Ngai Province). This allows the company to conveniently and promptly meet the needs of its valued customers.

Investment Construction & Consultancy International Co., Ltd (ICCI) has supplied a diverse and adaptable range of admixture products that are compatible with the concrete used by TDC. The ICCI products provided include: MVN SRe; MVN 21ES; MVN 68ES; MVN 68ES(M); MVN 139; Elkem.
