2026 TEAM BUILDING JOURNEY: UNITING THE STRENGTH OF ICCI & MVN AT PHU QUOC

In August 2026, on the beautiful island of Phu Quoc, the ICCI & MVN Team Building 2026 journey came to a spectacular close, leaving behind unforgettable memories, meaningful moments, and a wealth of emotions.

The trip was a special gathering of ICCI & MVN employees from all three regions of Vietnam - North, Central, and South. Beyond offering a well-deserved break after dedicated hours of hard work, the team-building activities provided an opportunity for everyone to overcome challenges together, strengthen team spirit, and embrace the powerful message: “WE ARE ONE.”

Though coming from different regions and backgrounds, the ICCI & MVN family remains united by a shared vision, a common goal, and a collective commitment to the journey toward sustainable growth and development.

In particular, the ICCI & MVN Team Building 2026 journey was made even more meaningful as the team stayed and enjoyed wonderful days at ICCI Holiday Phu Quoc, Hotel & Lounge - a hotel and lounge project personally invested in, developed, and operated by ICCI, officially launched in the summer of 2026.

This marks an important milestone in ICCI’s 25-year journey, alongside its core business in construction chemicals, concrete admixtures, and related products. The company has expanded its investment into a new field - hospitality and resort services. This expansion once again demonstrates ICCI’s strong potential and capabilities, both in strengthening its core business and venturing confidently into new areas of development.

In 2027, ICCI will officially celebrate its 25th anniversary of establishment and development. Throughout its journey of more than two decades, the Company’s leadership has consistently placed great emphasis on building and developing its people as one of its top priorities. Taking care of employees’ well-being is therefore an important part of the Company’s ongoing programs and policies, creating a supportive environment where every employee can feel secure, stay committed, and contribute wholeheartedly to the collective.
