On December 15 and 16, 2023, ICCI’s ISO Committee conducted an internal cross-audit between departments.
This is a routine activity in addition to periodic third-party assessments. ICCI carries out internal control activities every six months at the company and its subsidiaries based on the ISO 9001:2015 standards. The audit content helps the company assess the conformity and effectiveness of its quality management system, identify non-conformities for correction and prevention, and serves as a foundation for continuous improvement. It also plays a key role in preparing for external evaluations.
Maintaining regular internal control activities enables the company to detect and prevent risks such as:
-
Fraud or theft by third parties,
-
Unintentional errors by employees that could potentially harm the company,
-
Non-compliance with corporate policies and procedures,
-
Exposure to unnecessary risks due to inadequate risk management.
Over the years, ICCI’s internal control system has proven effective in meeting general operational requirements, including production conditions, business scale, process execution, and product quality. Therefore, ICCI strongly believes that maintaining a robust internal control system is essential and indispensable for sustainable development.
