MVN-3000PC2N
MVN-3000PC2N is a new generation superplasticizer additive that produces high-flow concrete, suitable for batching plants and precast concrete factories.
Standards
The MVN-3000PC2N additive complies with ASTM C494 Type F.
Practical Uses
Prestressed concrete components
Thin structures with dense reinforcement
Bridge beams and cantilevered structures
Self-compacting concrete types
Advantages
Very high water reduction capability
Accelerated early strength development and high final strength
No segregation with increased slump (self-compacting concrete)
Suitable for long-distance transportation from batching plants
Improves concrete durability and provides excellent quality
Increases productivity by minimizing construction and curing processes
Reduces shrinkage and creep
Enhances waterproofing ability
Suggested Uses
Dosage rate: From 0.8 liters to 2.0 liters per 100 kg of cement. Typical dosage ranges from 1.0 to 1.5 liters per 100 kg of cement.
Compatibility: Not compatible with admixtures based on Naphthalene, Lignin, or Oligosaccharides.
Cement: Suitable for all types of Portland cement and sulfate-resistant cement.
Quantitative: MVN-3000PC2N can be added directly to pre-measured water before mixing with dry concrete ingredients or added separately to already mixed concrete (at the batching plant or into the mixer truck on site).
Overdose: Excessive use of MVN-3000PC2N may affect concrete quality. Preliminary testing with the actual aggregates at the batching plant or site is necessary to determine the optimal dosage for each concrete mix.
Safety Information
Ecology: Do not discharge into water sources.
Destroy: Follow local regulations.
Toxicity: Non-toxic.
User Precautions: Avoid contact with food and household utensils. Avoid prolonged skin contact. In case of contamination, rinse thoroughly with water. If contact occurs with eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical attention.
Note: As with other chemical admixtures for concrete, the product’s effectiveness may vary depending on the quality of the aggregates used. Therefore, we recommend users conduct preliminary tests with their available cement and aggregates to determine the optimal admixture dosage for each concrete mix design.
