MVN-68ES
MVN-68ES is a next-generation superplasticizer made from polycarboxylate. MVN-68ES significantly enhances both early and final strength while maintaining the workability of the concrete mix.
Features:
Very high water reduction capability and excellent cement particle dispersion
Rapid early strength development and very high final strength
No segregation even with increased concrete slump (self-compacting concrete)
Improved concrete surface finish
Specification Type
MVN-68ES admixture is manufactured in compliance with ASTM C494 Type F.
Practical Uses
Prestressed centrifugal concrete piles (PC, PHC)
Bridge beams and prestressed concrete components
Cantilever concrete components
High-strength precast concrete components
Advantages
Very high water reduction capacity and excellent cement particle dispersion
Rapid development of early and final strength
No segregation with increased concrete slump (self-compacting concrete)
Improved durability and excellent concrete quality
Enables production of self-compacting concrete with very low water/cement ratio
Enhances concrete surface finish
Increases productivity by reducing construction and curing steps
Reduces shrinkage and creep phenomena
Improves overall concrete surface quality
Suggested Uses
Dosage rate: From 0.5 liters to 1.2 liters per 100 kg of cement, depending on construction requirements and the quality of aggregates.
Compatibility: Not compatible with admixtures based on Naphthalene, Lignin, or Oligosaccharide.
Cement: Suitable for all types of Portland cement and sulfate-resistant cement.
Quantitative: MVN-68ES can be added directly to pre-measured water before mixing with dry concrete materials, or added separately into already mixed concrete (either at the batching plant or in transit mixers on-site). For best results, add it directly into freshly mixed concrete. Do not mix manually.
Overdosage: Excessive use of MVN-68ES does not significantly affect concrete quality.
Safety Information
Ecology: Do not discharge into water sources.
Destroy: Follow local regulations.
Toxicity: Non-toxic.
User Precautions: Avoid contact with food and household items. Avoid prolonged skin contact. In case of contamination, rinse thoroughly with water. If contact occurs with eyes or mouth, rinse with clean water immediately and seek medical attention.
Note:
As with other chemical admixtures for concrete, the effectiveness of MVN-68ES may vary depending on the quality of aggregates. Therefore, we recommend conducting preliminary tests with the available cement and aggregates to determine the optimal dosage for each concrete mix design.
