Dosage rate

• Recommended dosage: 0.2 – 0.6 liters per 100 kg of cement.

• Typical dosage:

  • MVN-P25: 0.2 – 0.3 liters / 100 kg cement

  • Superplasticizer additives: 0.7 – 0.9 liters / 100 kg cement

• Different dosages may be used to meet special requirements, but pre-testing with actual aggregates is necessary.

Compatibility

• Compatible with all types of additives.

• All additives should be added separately into the concrete mix; they must not be mixed together before being added.

Cement

• Compatible with Portland cement and cement replacement materials such as PFA, GGBFS, and Micro Silica.

Quantitative

• Use calibrated measuring equipment to ensure accurate dosage.

• For best results, add the additive after the concrete and water have been mixed.

Overdose

• Excessive use may affect concrete strength and setting time.

• Like other chemical additives for concrete, the effectiveness of MVN-P25 may vary depending on the quality of aggregates. Therefore, it is recommended to conduct preliminary tests with available cement and aggregates to determine the optimal dosage for each concrete mix design.
