Description
MVN-PC-R1 is a polycarboxylate ether (PCE) with excellent slump retention capability for concrete mixtures. It serves as a primary raw material in the production of polycarboxylate-based concrete admixtures and is suitable for both ready-mix and precast concrete applications.

Storage

Store in a cool, shaded area, away from direct sunlight.

When stored in unopened packaging, MVN-PC-R1 has a shelf life of 12 months.

Keep the container tightly sealed when not in use.
Health and Safety

The product is non-flammable and does not contain hazardous materials; however, standard handling procedures should be followed.

Wear gloves and safety goggles when using the product.

In case of skin contact, wash with water. If the product comes into contact with eyes or mouth, rinse thoroughly with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
Usage Instructions
MVN-PC-R1 is used by blending with other high water-reducing PCEs. The optimal dosage depends on specific requirements and the characteristics of the materials used in the concrete mix.
MVN-PC-R1 is compatible with lignosulfonate-based superplasticizers but should not be used in combination with naphthalene sulfonate formaldehyde condensate (NSFC)-based superplasticizers.
