MVN – WPA
MVN-WPA is a waterproofing admixture for concrete on the basis of forming plasticizing agents, capable of rapid dispersion in water.
ADVANTAGES
MVN-WPA effects the following concrete properties:
- Allow to reduce the amount of water in the concrete mixture without affecting the construction ability
- Low water/ cement ratio, improved workability and placing characteristics
- Waterproofing admixture for concrete, reduces water permeability of concrete structures

SPECIFICATION TYPE
MVN-WPA meets the requirements of TCVN 8826 and ASTM C494 type A
USES
- MVN-WPA is suitable for applications requiring high-level waterproofing, including pools, basements, and other structures
APPLICATION INFORMATION
- Recommended dosage: 0.2 to 0.6 L per 100kg cement/ binder
- Typical dosage: 0.2 to 0.3 L per 100kg cement/ binder
- Overdosing will result in increased workability and setting time of the Concrete, however, provided that curing is effective, ultimate concrete strength and properties will not be affected
- Mixing, Placing and Handling: With the use of MVN-WPA, concrete with high waterproofing grade is produced, however requires strict adherence to concrete technology processes such as mixing, placing, compacting and proper curing.
- Compatibility: All Portland cement categoriesn and Cement replacement materials such as PFA, GGBFS, Micro silica
- MVN-WPA is compatible with all MVN superplasticizer water-reducing admixtures.

TECHNICAL INFORMATION
MVN-WPA can be added directly to the pre-measured water and then added to the dry concrete mix or added separately to the wet concrete mix. To achieve the best effect of the admixture, the mixing time must be at least 60 seconds from the time the MVN-WPA mixture is added to the batch.
ECOLOGY, HEALTH AND SAFETY
- Toxicity: Non-toxic
- Protective measures: Avoid prolonged contact with skin. Wash off thoroughly with soap water.
- Transportation class: Non-hazardous
- Waste disposal: Do not dispose of into water or soil, comply with waste disposal regulations.
