SOFTCLEAN 27AE
SOFTCLEAN 27AE is a new type of foaming agents for lightweight concrete products which has been developed by Kao based on the technique in surface chemistry. SOFTCLEAN 27AE is designed to be safe, easy in handling, and satisfy the cost performance required in each application field.
Advantages
- Liquid form for easy handling;
- Good storage stability (at 0oC – 40oC) because no organic solvent is contained;
- Easily soluble in water of wide range of hardness and temperature;
- Total volume does not change after being mixed into cement slurries, mortar, and concrete because the fine and strong foams is obtained;
- No effect on the setting time of cement slurries.
Practical Uses
- Light weight precast panels;
- Foaming mortar for grouting in tunnels and sewerage works;
- Foaming mortar for filing underground shelters.

Suggested Uses
- Dosage rate: From 0,01 to 0,3 liter/ 100 kg cement
- Note: It is necessary to conduct pre-mix testing according to materials, cement, aggregates and actual site conditions to select the optimal dosage for each specific required item. If you need help, please contact ICCI technical department for further instructions.

- Protection measures: Avoid contact with food and household appliances. Avoid long contact with skin. In case it came in contact, use water to wash with care. If it came in contact with eyes and mouth need to wash with clean water and immediately see doctor.

- Expiry date : 12 months from the production date if stored properly (unopened drums/ container).
