The Le Van Luong Underpass Project, part of Ring Road 3, is one of Hanoi city's six key traffic projects. It was commenced in October 2020 and completed in October 2022, with an investment of 698 billion VND. Upon completion, the project will help alleviate traffic congestion at the Le Van Luong – Ring Road 3 intersection.
The tunnel is 475 meters long, 15.5 meters wide, with a height clearance of 4.75 meters, featuring a total of 4 lanes – 2 lanes on each side.
