Tan Cang – Cai Mep International Terminal, also known as Thi Vai – Cai Mep Port, is a deep-water seaport complex consisting of two ports located at the mouths of the Thi Vai and Cai Mep rivers in Ba Ria – Vung Tau Province. Covering a total area of 75 hectares, the port has a handling capacity of over 1.35 million TEUs per year.
Thi Vai – Cai Mep Port is planned as the primary seaport for the Southern and South Central regions of Vietnam, and serves as a major transshipment hub connecting to Southeast Asia.
Thi Vai – Cai Mep Port began construction in 2008 and officially completed Phase 1 in 2011. The total investment reached 12,891 billion VND, funded by ODA loans from the Japan International Cooperation Agency (JICA) and the Vietnamese State budget.

International Construction Consultancy Investment Co., Ltd. (ICCI) was honored to be trusted and selected by the project’s Owner, Consultant, and Contractor as the supplier of concrete admixtures for the Thi Vai – Cai Mep Port construction project.
We closely collaborated with the Contractor and Consultant, referencing technical documentation of the project to advise the Contractor in selecting the most suitable products for use, including: Mighty RD; Mighty 150; Mighty 64RA
