With the goal of strengthening bonds among team members, on July 5, 2024, Investment Construction & Consultancy International Co., Ltd (ICCI) organized a 2-day, 2-night company trip to Ninh Chu, Phan Rang for all employees.
To reach the destination, staff from different regions traveled by various means: Northern teams flew by air, Central teams traveled by road, while Southern teams took the train.
During the trip, ICCI employees had the chance to explore several famous landmarks in Ninh Chu. Highlights included a visit to Bình Hưng Island, where we enjoyed a seafood lunch featuring local specialties such as lobster, sea urchin, and other fresh catches right on floating fish farms. We also explored Tanyoli Mongolian Village, where breathtaking landscapes and thrilling grass sledding brought lots of laughter—despite a few tumbles and torn clothes!
The seaside team building games were filled with energy and excitement. Through each challenge, our teams showcased strength, unity, and discipline—overcoming obstacles together and completing even the toughest games.
One of the most memorable moments was the Gala Dinner—an evening filled with warmth, laughter, and unforgettable joy. Many shared that the night lifted away their stress, both from work and life, thanks to the endless fun and cheer.
Following the Gala was the campfire night. Under the glowing firelight and sparkling fireworks, we held hands in a giant circle, singing heartfelt songs like Noi Vong Tay Lon and Bon Phuong Troi—a beautiful expression of unity and togetherness.
After two days and nights of sharing meals, laughter, and unforgettable memories, we returned physically tired but emotionally recharged—with renewed energy, positive vibes, and heartfelt appreciation for the meaningful experience.
We sincerely thank the company leadership for making this possible. We believe that after this trip, the ICCI team will grow even closer, work more collaboratively, and carry forward the spirit of unity we experienced throughout this journey.
