MVN - SR
MVN-SR is a superplasticizer, concrete workability retention, creating concrete with high plasticity and it is suitable for ready-mix concrete plants.
Advantages
- Retention of slump ability long time but do not effect to setting time of concrete;
- Improvement of pumping ability and reduced pumping pressure;
- Less problems of thermal crack, creep;
- Increase water proof ability.

- Bore pile
- Thin building components with highly dense reinforce steel;
- Concrete categories with large casting amount;
- Long distance transport concrete and long slump retention;
- Parking lots, runway, concrete road.

Specification Type
Complies to the requirement of TCVN 8826:2011/ASTM C494 type D&G.

Suggested Uses:
- Dosage rate: From 0,6 to 1,6 liter/ 100 kg adhesives. Typical dosage is from 1,0 to 1,4 liter/100kg adhesives
- Compatibility: Not compatible with admixture made from Naphthalene
- Cement: Suitable all Portland cement categories, Sulfate-resistance cement
- Quantitative: MVN-SR can be poured directly in to pre-determined water, then poured into dry concrete mixes or separately poured into mixed concrete (at batching plant or trust at site)
- Overdose: When used in excess, concrete can stratify, separate water and prolong setting time, however, if properly maintained, the ultimate strength and properties of concrete will not be affected.
- Note: It is necessary to conduct pre-mix testing according to materials, cement, aggregates and actual site conditions to select the optimal dosage for each specific required item. If you need help, please contact ICCI technical department for further instructions.
