Thu Duc Water B.O.O Joint Stock Company is the first Build–Operate–Own (B.O.O) contract model implemented by Ho Chi Minh City, operating under the method of Build – Operate – Own.

In May 2009, the plant began supplying water in Phase I with a capacity of 100,000 m³/day.

In July 2010, Phase II was launched, increasing the capacity to 200,000 m³/day.

In September 2010, the plant entered Phase III, reaching a capacity of 300,000 m³/day.

Since 2010, the plant has maintained an average daily water output of 330,000 m³.
The Thu Duc Water B.O.O Plant Project includes the following components: a raw water pumping station in Hoa An (Dong Nai), a 7-hectare water treatment facility in Linh Trung Ward (Thu Duc), and a 26-kilometer pipeline from Thu Duc to Ba Chiem Bridge (Nha Be District).

International Construction Consultancy and Investment Co., Ltd (ICCI) was honored to be selected by the Project Owner, Consultants, and Contractors as the concrete admixture supplier for the Thu Duc Water B.O.O Plant Project.
We worked closely with the Contractors, Consultants, and project technical documents to recommend suitable admixture products, ensuring consistent quality and compliance with the technical requirements of the project: Mighty RD; Mighty 150.
