Tan Hiep 2 Water Plant – Hoc Mon officially went into operation after two years of construction, with a capacity of 300,000 m³ per day.
The plant sources its water from the Saigon River and the Hoa Phu pumping station, helping to increase the clean water supply for Ho Chi Minh City residents. Since Tan Hiep 2 began operations, the city's total water supply capacity has reached 2.1 million m³ per day, contributing significantly to ensuring 100% of households in Ho Chi Minh City have access to clean water.
The water treatment system of Tan Hiep 2 Plant is equipped with modern machinery and high-tech equipment. All devices installed at the plant originate from advanced industrial countries such as the United States, Japan, and Germany, and come from globally renowned brands.

International Construction Consulting and Investment Co., Ltd (ICCI) was honored to be trusted by the Investor, Consultants, and Contractors to serve as the concrete admixture supplier for the Tan Hiep II Water Plant Project.
We collaborated closely with the Contractor and Consultant, referring to the project’s technical documentation to recommend the most suitable products. The selected admixtures included: Mighty RD and Mighty 64RA.
