The elevated Ring Road No. 2 stretches over 5 km, with a total investment of nearly VND 9,500 billion, connecting Vinh Tuy Bridge with the Nga Tu So interchange. The lower section, over 3 km long, connects Vinh Tuy Bridge with the Nga Tu Vong interchange.
The project includes the following components: the main bridge (19 meters wide), approach bridges (7 meters wide), and connecting ramps that link to the ground-level roads at three key locations—Vinh Tuy Bridge, Nga Tu Vong, and Nga Tu So. These components serve an important role in enhancing connectivity within the capital city of Hanoi.
