Suggested Uses

• Dosage rate: From 0.6 liters to 1.2 liters per 100 kg of cement. Typical dosage ranges from 0.8 to 1.0 liters per 100 kg of cement.

• Compatibility: Not compatible with admixtures containing Naphthalene-based compounds.

• Cement: Suitable for all types of Portland cement and sulfate-resistant cement.

• Quantitative: MVN-300S can be added directly to pre-measured water before mixing with dry concrete ingredients, or it can be added separately to the concrete mix after it has been mixed (either at the batching plant or in the concrete mixer truck at the construction site).

• Overdose: Using MVN-300S in excess may prolong the setting time of the concrete. It is necessary to conduct preliminary tests with materials available at the batching plant or construction site to determine the optimal dosage.

Like other chemical admixtures for concrete, the effectiveness of MVN-300S may vary depending on the quality of the aggregates. Therefore, we recommend users conduct preliminary trials with available cement and aggregates to determine the optimal admixture dosage for each concrete mix design.
