Suggested Uses

• Dosage rate: From 0.6 to 1.6 liters per 100 kg of cement. Typical dosage is from 1.0 to 1.2 liters per 100 kg of cement.

• Compatibility: Not compatible with admixtures based on Naphthalene, Lignin, or Oligosaccharide.

• Cement: Suitable for all types of Portland cement and sulfate-resistant cement.

• Quantitative: MVN-SR3 can be added directly into pre-measured water and then mixed with dry concrete, or added separately into already mixed concrete (either at the batching plant or directly into the mixer truck at the construction site).

• Overdosage: Excessive use of MVN-SR3 may affect concrete quality. It is necessary to conduct trial tests with actual materials at the batching plant or construction site to determine the optimal dosage for each concrete mix design.

• User precautions: Avoid contact with food and household items. Avoid prolonged skin contact. In case of contamination, wash thoroughly with water. If the product comes into contact with eyes or mouth, rinse immediately with clean water and seek medical advice.

Note:
Like other chemical admixtures for concrete, the effectiveness of MVN-SR3 may vary depending on the quality of aggregates used. Therefore, we recommend users conduct preliminary tests with the available cement and aggregates to determine the optimal admixture dosage for each concrete mix design.
