Mighty 3000-HS
MIGHTY 3000-HS is a next-generation superplasticizer that effectively accelerates the concrete setting process.
Standards
MIGHTY 3000-HS admixture is manufactured in compliance with ASTM C494 Type F standards.
Practical Uses
MIGHTY 3000-HS is suitable for high-strength ready-mix concrete that requires slump retention and precast concrete products such as:
Pre-stressed centrifugal concrete piles (PC, PHC)
Bridge beams and pre-stressed concrete components
Cantilever precast concrete components
Precast concrete elements demanding very high strength
Advantages
Very high water reduction capability and excellent cement particle dispersion
Early strength development and high final strength
No segregation when increasing concrete slump (self-compacting concrete)
Improves concrete durability and overall quality
Produces superplasticized and self-compacting concrete with very low water/cement ratio
Enhances concrete surface finish
Increases productivity by minimizing construction and curing steps
Reduces shrinkage and creep phenomena
Improves water resistance
Suggested Uses
Dosage rate: From 0.6 to 1.6 liters per 100 kg of binder. Typical dosage ranges from 1.0 to 1.4 liters per 100 kg of binder.
Compatibility: Not compatible with admixtures based on Naphthalene.
Cement: Suitable for all types of Portland cement and sulfate-resistant cement.
Quantitative: Mighty 3000-HS can be added directly to the pre-measured water before mixing with dry concrete materials, or added separately into already mixed concrete (either at the batching plant or in the transit mixer at the construction site).
Overdose: Excessive dosage may cause segregation, bleeding, and extended setting time; however, with proper curing, final strength and concrete properties will not be affected.
Note: Preliminary trials should be conducted for each mix design based on the actual materials, cement, aggregates, and site conditions to determine the optimal dosage for each specific application. For assistance, please contact ICCI technical department for further guidance.
Safety Information
Ecology: Do not dispose into water sources.
Destroy: Follow current regulations.
Explosion: Non-flammable, non-explosive.
Protective measures: Avoid contact with food and household items. Avoid prolonged skin contact. In case of contamination, wash thoroughly with water. If contact occurs with eyes or mouth, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.
