Suggested Uses

• Dosage rate: From 0.8 liters to 1.8 liters per 100 kg of cement, depending on construction requirements and aggregate quality.

• Compatibility: Not compatible with admixtures based on Naphthalene.

• Cement: Suitable for all types of Portland cement and sulfate-resistant cement.

• Quantitative: MVN-SCC can be added directly to pre-measured mixing water and then introduced into dry concrete mix, or separately into already mixed fresh concrete (at the batching plant or into a truck mixer on-site). For best results, it should be added directly into freshly mixed concrete. Do not mix manually.

• Overdose: Excessive dosage of MVN-SCC may affect the setting time of the concrete mix.

• User precautions: Avoid contact with food and household utensils. Avoid prolonged skin contact. In case of spillage, wash thoroughly with water. If in contact with eyes or mouth, rinse with clean water and seek medical attention immediately.

Note
Like other conventional concrete chemical admixtures, the effectiveness of MVN-SCC may vary depending on the quality of the aggregates used. Therefore, we recommend conducting preliminary trials with the available cement and aggregates to determine the optimal dosage for each concrete mix design.
