Vinh Airport is located in Vinh City, the capital of Nghe An Province. It is a key airport in the North Central region of Vietnam. With its strategic location, the airport plays a significant role in promoting tourism in Central Vietnam. Thanks to recent upgrades in infrastructure and facilities, Vinh International Airport now accommodates dozens of domestic and international flights each day.
Vinh International Airport features a runway that is 2,400 meters long and 45 meters wide. The apron spans an area of 38,438 m² and can accommodate aircraft at seven different parking positions.
