MVN HYDRA-PRIMER CT

SUBSTRATE PREPERATION

• All cement motar and concrete structures should be in good curing condition.
• Surface of substrates must be clean, free form grease and oil, loosely adhering particles.
• All mortar and concrete surfaces should be brought to a saturated surface dry condition by presoaking with clean water. Remove all excess water just before placing the slurry mortar.

MIXING AND APPLICATION

• Mixing ratio: 1kg of cement +1litre of water+ 1litre of  MVN HYDRA-PRIMER CT
• Mix cement and water first, then mix the cement and water mixture well with MVN HYDRA-PRIMER CT. After mixing, the mixture must be used up within 1 hour
• Apply waterproofing agent to the surface in 2-3 layers, each layer 6-8 hours apart. Let the surface dry for at least 2 days before applying other coats of paint.
• Theoretical norms: 2-2.5m²/kg/2 layers

CURING

• Avoid application in direct sun or strong wind  to prevent the fast evaporation of water. Immediately after completing the waterproofing layer, it is necessary to maintain the mortar surface to avoid the mortar surface drying too quickly. Use wet burlap or plastic sheet to cover the applied surface. Liquid curing spraying can be used to improving the waterproofing efficiency of applied  material, , avoid the direct influence of rainwater that damages the waterproofing membrane.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• During use, avoid inhalation of dust and contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protective equipment.
