MVN Powder CFA-500
MVN POWDER CFA-500 is a ready to use injection aid in powder form, compensates and reduces shrinkage for concrete, chloride free additive. MVN POWDER CFA-500 causes the cement mixture to expand in whole setting state. The expanding is caused by the formation of densely distributed very small gas bubbles. Water reduction anh good workability
MVN POWDER CFA-500 are meets the requirement of TCVN 4030:2003/TCVN 13605:2023 and ASTM C940, C490.

WHERE TO USE
MVN POWDER CFA-500 is a special product for use where site batched grout mixes are necessary at site. Special product for the fluid mortars, grouting mortar, backfilling mortar, rock and soil anchoring, non-shrink concrete. The use of MVN POWDER CFA-500 in the grouting mixture has the following effects:
- Workability retention
- Good strength and adherence properties
- Expansion and Shrinkage compensation, suitable for concrete structure repair applications.
- Durable and dense filling of all cavities.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Preparation
Sand used for grout should be cleaned, well grade and dry. If the said is wet ,the moisture of sand should be determined for every batch, or average moisture of every lot of sand should be apply before using
Clean all substrate surfaces free from dust and loose particles.
Mixing
Add MVN POWDER CFA-500 with approprita quantity of water. Keeping the mixer running, add the sand and cement in the desired proportions. Mix until a homogeneous mixture is obtained. Add the remaining water quantily to adjust the fluidity of mixture
For large-scale construction projects, a suitable mechanical mortar mixer should be used
For smaller batches, a mixing blade attached to a drill at medium speed can be use.
Placing
Allow the mortar to stabilize for 15 minutes after mixing. The pouring process must be continuous until completion.
Cleaning
- All tools and equipment should be rinse with water immediately after use, clean and remove all traces of grout
HEALTH AND SAFETY
During use, avoid inhalation of dust and contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protective equipment.
