MIXING AND APPLICATION

Preparation
Surface of substrates must be clean, free form grease and oil, loosely adhering particles.
All mortar and concrete surfaces should be brought (SSD - Saturated-Surface-Dry) to a saturated surface dry condition by presoaking with clean water. Remove all excess water just before placing the slurry mortar.

Mixing
Use a clean bucket to mix the MVN POLYMER LATEX mortar mixture with the appropriate amount of cement to create a mortar mixture with the desired properties. Additional sand (aggregates) can be used in sufficient proportions to create a suitable cement mortar mixture for construction. Depending on the nature of the structure's surface, and other influencing factors, to determine the appropriate construction form and method

1. Bonding Bridge: Mixing ratio: Add 4kg of cement into 1litre of MVN POLYMER LATEX + 1litre of water to result the slurry.
2. Foor screed, Repair mortar: Prepare two separate layers, mix cement and sand first with ratio cement/sand is 1:3-3.5 by weight-(Ingredient 1). Dilute the MVN POLYMER LATEX by clean water with ratio Latex/Water is 1:3 by weight- (Ingredient 2). Slowly add ingredient 2 to 1 and mix unstill suitable consistency mixture is achieved.

Placing
For all applications, bonding bridge or rendering should be brushed or rolled, in case of floor topping application using the wood float or trowel to finishing the mortar layer. For spray machine can be used to apply the latex mortar onto the substrates

Place new concrete or mortar render while the bonding slurry is still wet.
Not use MVN POLYMER LATEX as bonding agent without adding cement.
Always keep water per cement ratio to a minimum to achieve acceptable consistency, workability.

Cleaning
All tools and equipment should be rinse with water immediately after use, clean and remove all traces of grout.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• During use, avoid inhalation of dust and contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protective equipment.
