MVN JOINT POWER

SUBSTRATE PREPERATION

• All surfaces must be tructurally sound and free of contaminants including oil, dirt, grease, paint, sealers or other chemicals. Remove any residue from tile surface prior to installation.

APPLICATION AND CURING

• Mixing MVN JOINT POWER with clean water as ratio water/powder is 1:3. Allow grout tp slake for approximately 15 minutes then remix to a smooth consistency. Can used the heavy duty slow speed driller with paddle for mixing the grout, slowly add the adhesive powder to water and stir the composition to a homogeneous mixture.

• Carrying out tile grouting at least 24 hours after installation of lites completed. Spread grout with grout float, and fully pack joints with grout by rubber trowel. Remove excess grout with grout float after grout to become firm. Use as lite water as possible to clean the surface of lite. Prepare enough quantily of MVN JOINT POWER fresh grout fr use, not allow to use the grout had become firm (after 1 hour).

• After 24 hours from the tile grouting, curing the tile grout by wet cloth.

HEALTH AND SAFETY

• During use, avoid inhalation of dust and contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protective equipment.
