MVN JOINT POWER
MVN JOINT POWER is a cement-based tile grout, polymer modified, this is specifically formulated to create a material mixture with excellent adhesion, waterpoofing, abrasion resistance. Suitable with all types of types of tiles, used for walls and floors in residential and commercials projects.
MVN JOINT POWER is used for interior and exterior applications. Suitable for width of joint to 3mm.
MVN JOINT POWER are meets the requirement of TCVN 7899:2008.

WHERE TO USE
For use with ceramics tile, porcelain tiles, and ceramics and porcelain mosaic for walls and floors, Interior and exterior applications.
MIXING AND APPLICATION
Preparation
All surfaces must be tructurally sound and free of contaminants including oil, dirt, grease, paint, sealers or other chemicals. Remove any residue from tile surface prior to installation.
Mixing
Mixing MVN JOINT POWER with clean water as ratio water/powder is 1:3. Allow grout tp slake for approximately 3 minutes then remix to a smooth consistency. Can used the heavy duty slow speed driller with paddle for mixing the grout.
Placing
Carrying out tile grouting at least 24 hours after installation of lites completed. Using a suitable rubber trowel, apply the sealant to the joint with the trowel blade angled at 45 degrees Scrape off any excess adhesive from the tile surface before the adhesive mixture hardens. Prepare enough quantily of fresh grout fr use, not allow to use the grout had become firm (after 30 minutes). Do not leave the mixed glue in direct sunlight
Use a clean cloth to wipe the tile and grout surfaces, ensuring the grout line is flush with the tile surface. After 24 hours of applying the grout, cure the grout with a clean, damp cloth.
Cleaning
All tools and equipment should be rinse with water immediately after use, clean and remove all traces of grout.
HEALTH AND SAFETY
During use, avoid inhalation of dust and contact with the skin and eyes. Wear suitable clothing, gloves, eye protection and respiratory protective equipment.
